Amber Patterson

Amber Patterson is a Learning and Development Program Manager at Deloitte, where they collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic goals and develop learning solutions. Previously, they worked as an HR Training Analyst at UBS Investment Bank and an Instructional Designer at Ferguson Enterprises, creating and managing training programs. Amber held the role of Learning and Development Manager in onboarding at Deloitte, designing a comprehensive learning experience for thousands of new employees. They also serve as the National DEI Marketing/Communication Chair for the LGBT & Allies Employee Resource Group, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Amber earned an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science from Christopher Newport University.
