With a background that spans finance and management consulting, Amy pivoted to a career in organizational behavior after earning a PhD in the field, where they explored the social and psychological dimensions of work. Presently, as a manager in Workforce Transformation at Deloitte, Amy specializes in leadership assessments, coaching, and the design of development programs for mid- and senior-level leaders.
