Amy Fields

Amy Fields is an accomplished strategic communications professional with extensive experience in human sustainability and well-being engagement. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead and Chief of Staff for Human Sustainability at Deloitte since July 2015, Amy has developed and executed comprehensive communications strategies aimed at inspiring and informing both internal and external stakeholders. Previous roles include leadership positions at EY and various capacities at Deloitte, where significant contributions were made to public sector marketing and communications. Amy's career began with Axiom Resource Management and The Advisory Board Company, focusing on training coordination and strategic planning. Academically, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePaul University and completed coursework in Irish Studies at the Institute of Public Administration.
