Amy Hekmat

Amy Hekmat is a Strategy Senior Manager at Deloitte, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategy development, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. They have led strategic projects for U.S. Federal Government clients, the private sector, and the social sector, with a focus on leveraging technology and process innovations for public impact. Previously, Amy worked as an Office and Operations Manager at Defense Engineering, Inc., and served as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting. They began their career in IT services and hold a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA from Georgetown University. Additionally, Amy has participated in global consulting residencies and attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for the Sustainability Accelerator.
