Amy Nelson

Amy Nelson is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, currently working toward passing the SOA Preliminary Exams for their Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation, with plans to sit for the Long-Term Actuarial Models exam in October. They previously served as an Actuarial Analyst at AXA US and gained valuable experience as an Instructional Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Amy also worked as a Student Intern at the UNC Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center, focusing on the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities Study. Their early career includes a role as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A, where they developed interpersonal skills.
