Amy Smith is a trailblazer in well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at Deloitte, where Amy currently serves as the US Firm Well-Being Leader, driving strategies that empower employees to reach their full potential. Previously, Amy was the National Diversity & Equity Leader, where Amy developed the first-ever DEI Transparency Report and led Identity Transformation efforts. With a career that includes serving as Integration Hub Lead on the Black Action Council and as GPS Talent & Inclusion Leader, Amy has left a significant impact on the organizations Amy has been part of. Amy holds a BBA in Business - Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
