Anant Prabhakar

Anant Prabhakar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Change Management, Corporate Communications, and Project Management across various sectors including Professional Services and Telecommunications. At present, Anant serves as a Manager of Transformational Change at Deloitte, having previously held multiple senior roles at Humber College, where they successfully led HR transformational projects. Anant is a Prosci certified Change Management Professional (ADKAR®) known for their strategic approach to fostering change capability and enhancing end-user experiences. They have also contributed as a Change Management and Communications Consultant at Sunrigen and served as a Communications Lead at Rogers Communications. Anant is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Carleton University and has gained reputable credentials from institutions including the University of Toronto and Acuity Institute.
