Andrew Rafla

Andrew Rafla has extensive experience in network security and information assurance, having held prominent positions at several organizations since 2000. As Principal Network Security Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology, Andrew interfaced with senior leadership and supervised the Security Operations Center team. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Network Security Engineer at The Windermere Group and started as a Security Analyst at Icons, Inc. Following a successful tenure at Vigilant, Inc. as Senior Security Engineer, Andrew advanced to Deloitte where roles included Partner, Senior Manager, and Manager within the Cyber Risk Services practice, focusing on developing security monitoring strategies and leading teams in custom information security programs. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Capitol Technology University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Exercise Science from Rutgers University.
