Andy Fern is a Pensions Audit & Assurance Partner at Deloitte UK, where they lead a Centre of Excellence for Pensions with over 80 high-performing individuals. With over 20 years of experience in the pension scheme sector, Andy is responsible for developing the pensions audit business across multiple geographies and ensuring high-quality audits by focusing on internal controls and leveraging advanced technology. Prior to their current role, Andy held positions at KPMG and Deloitte, where they served as an Audit Manager and Senior Manager. They also contribute to the industry as a member of the PMI Education sub-committee and PRAG.
