With over 25 years of industry experience, they have held various roles, including actuary and management consultant at notable companies like Bankers Life and Lincoln Financial Group. At Deloitte, Andy leads initiatives to enhance new business and underwriting operations, focusing on digital customer experiences, and oversees the Risk, Capital and Regulatory practice. They have also served on the boards of prominent actuarial organizations, emphasizing their leadership within the profession. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa.
