Andy Halls

Andy Halls is an experienced audit partner at Deloitte, specializing in advising private equity-backed and privately owned businesses undergoing rapid growth or transitions, including those preparing for exit events. They lead Deloitte’s UK audit practice focused on these sectors and co-chair Deloitte’s Next Generation CFO Programme for Private Equity-backed companies. Andy has a significant background in managing accounting workstreams for various IPOs and bond listings throughout their career. Previously, they served as an Audit Director at Deloitte Australia from 2004 to 2009 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Durham.
