Angelo Terra is a Talent Strategy Leader in the Sustainability Practice at Deloitte with over 14 years of management consulting experience, focusing on talent, strategy, operations, and social and environmental impact. Passionate about driving meaningful change within mission-driven organizations, they lead the development and execution of Deloitte’s talent strategy for sustainability. Angelo has previously held roles at institutions such as A Better Chicago, Year Up, Education Pioneers, and SITAWI - Finance for Good. They hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Williams College, along with an Executive Education Certificate in Corporate Sustainability Management from Yale School of Management.
