Anthony Passalaqua

Anthony Passalaqua is an experienced professional in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they have worked since 1999. They advise strategic and financial companies on various due diligence matters and structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to their current role, Anthony served as Senior Tax Counsel at Becton Dickinson and Company from 1996 to 1999.
