Arno Esterhuizen

Arno Esterhuizen is an experienced IT professional specializing in IT service management and ServiceNow consultancy. They began their career as a Systems Engineer at Naspers from 1995 to 1999, later managing IT operations at 24.com from 2010 to 2012. Arno has held various leadership roles, including as an ICT Operations Manager at NSFAS and currently serves as a ServiceNow Process Architect at Quintica since 2023. They have earned multiple qualifications, including an ITIL Expert certification in IT Service Management and a B.Eng in Electronics from Stellenbosch University.
