Aroon P. has extensive experience in business and organization transformation, having held positions at notable companies such as Panasonic and Deloitte. Aroon served as a Team Leader and Senior Process & Quality Control Engineer at Panasonic from 2005 to 2007, later taking on roles at Korn Ferry as a Senior Consultant and Associate Principal from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Aroon was a Consulting Manager at Mercer from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Remuneration and Benefit Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners from 2020 to 2021. Aroon is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Brawijaya, a degree at Institut Français d'Indonésie, and a Master's degree from the University of Indonesia.
