Arshad M. is a leader in Deloitte Canada's Internal Audit practice, where they focus on modernizing the internal audit profession and enhancing stakeholder assurance. Previously, Arshad worked as an Internal Auditor at Linamar Corporation and held various positions at Deloitte & Touche from 2006 to 2019 before ascending to partner roles within Deloitte, including responsibilities in Corporate Compliance, Operational Risk, and Digital Internal Audit Services. Arshad is committed to supporting Internal Audit professionals throughout their careers and is passionate about innovation in areas such as Agentic AI and sustainability. They are currently pursuing a Chartered Accountant designation through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
