Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson is a People & Learning Technology Project Lead with a robust background in talent development and organizational psychology. They have held various roles, including Lead Learning Delivery Specialist and Performance Management Specialist at Deloitte, as well as Learning & Development Training Specialist III at Campbell's. Ashley's experience also includes positions at BlackRock, Jefferson Health New Jersey, Exelon, and Constellation. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Saint Joseph's University, building upon their prior degree in the same field from the same institution.
