Ashwin David

Ashwin David is currently the Head of HR Advisory for Deloitte Enabling Functions, based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. With a robust background in Corporate and Human Rights Law, Ashwin previously held positions as an Employment Manager at Curacao Marriott Beach Resort and Director of Human Resources. Their teaching experience includes serving as a Course Coordinator and Lecturer at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2018, and they also play an active role as a member of the Advisory Board at the Hotel Management School Maastricht Foundation. Ashwin has contributed to the field of HR as a (Sr.) Learning Specialist and Consultant for Deloitte Dutch Caribbean and has advanced their education with multiple law degrees from Maastricht University.
