Audrey Guyot is currently a Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte France, having progressed through various roles including Manager, Analyst, and Associate since 2017. Previously, they held positions at VietCapital Securities as an Investment Banking Intern, where they participated in international M&A and IPO deals, and at Bolloré as a Consolidation Intern, where they managed intercompany transactions for numerous subsidiaries. Audrey also gained experience as a Quality Manager at Westwing Home & Living, establishing the Quality Department and leading performance meetings. They hold a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School, having completed their studies there from 2013 to 2017 after obtaining a French Baccalaureate with a concentration in Mathematics.
