Ayana Mackey

Ayana Mackey (nee Lewars) is a CPA and CCIFP who currently serves as the Managing Director of Deloitte’s Engineering & Construction Studio. In this role at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Ayana leads large teams in delivering high-quality audits for both public and private companies, focusing on complex accounting areas. With a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Emory University, Ayana has previously held positions at Deloitte from 2000 to 2022 and worked as a SOX Consultant for Intertape Polymer Group in 2014. Passionate about education, Ayana is the President of the Jamaica Missions Impact Team, Inc., where Ayana advocates for impoverished children.
