Bal Jutla

Bal Jutla, MSc, is a Chartered MCIPD professional with over ten years of experience in the public sector, including significant roles at the Home Office and the Royal Air Force. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager in HR Transformation at Deloitte, after holding positions such as Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and Resourcing at Strategic Command. Bal has demonstrated strong leadership in various capacities, including managing the Olympic Sponsors Liaison as part of the Olympic Intelligence Centre, where they were recognized with a Commanders Commendation.
