Batool Abu Surrah, MSc, has a diverse background in customer care and financial risk management, with experience spanning from August 2018 to October 2024. Starting as a Customer Care Representative at Umniah, Batool moved on to Jordan Ahli Bank, where responsibilities included roles as Exclusive Associate Relationship Manager, Credit Risk Assistant Manager, and Credit Risk Officer.
