Ben Devanny has an extensive background in business banking, financial management, and strategic leadership. Beginning a career at National Australia Bank as a Graduate in Business Banking, Ben transitioned to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where responsibilities included roles as a Business Banking Officer and Financial Accountant. At the City of Greater Bendigo, Ben advanced to several senior positions, including Senior Business Analyst, Manager Business Services, Manager Economic Development, and Commercial Manager for Major Projects. Ben served on the Board of Directors for Rochester and Elmore District Health Service from July 2017 until May 2024 and currently directs the Bendigo Digital Operations Centre at Deloitte. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Economics from La Trobe University and an MBA from Deakin University, along with being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holding CPA accreditation.
