Ben Henderson

Ben Henderson is a transformation leader with over 14 years of experience in business transformation across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, they lead Shared Services offerings and engage with multiple stakeholders on projects aimed at strategic change. Previously, Ben held positions at PwC, where they managed complex transformations and developed operating models for various multinational companies. They began their career as an Investments Intern at Chia Tai Group and have since cultivated a diverse skill set in finance, operations, and program management while valuing collaborative work environments. Ben holds an MA in Geography and Management from the University of St. Andrews.
