Benjamin Weil is a PROSCI certified Change Management practitioner with five years of consulting experience focused on technology-based solutions for clients. They began their career as a Training Coordinator at Cerner Corporation, developing training programs for healthcare staff. Subsequently, they served as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Duke Energy, managing strategies for a project portfolio with a $250 million budget. Currently, Benjamin works as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, building on their expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University.
