Beth McConnell

Beth McConnell has extensive experience in global workforce management and expatriate tax services, having worked in notable positions within EY and Deloitte. From July 2007 to November 2013, Beth served as the UK Expatriate Tax Manager at EY, ensuring compliance for organizations in sectors such as aerospace, defense, and financial services. Subsequently, from November 2013 to June 2020, Beth worked as the Global Mobility Associate Director at Deloitte, transforming global workforce mobility programs for leading multinational companies. Currently, as the Global Workforce Transformation Director at Deloitte since June 2020, Beth focuses on supporting organizations in acquiring, managing, and retaining international talent, while addressing key areas including DEI and sustainability. Beth holds a BA Hons in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, awarded in 2007.
