Beth McGrath

Beth McGrath is a Global Industry Leader for Government and Public Services at Deloitte, where they leverage over 25 years of experience in the Federal Government to guide executives through complex organizational changes. Previously serving as a Managing Director and holding various leadership roles at Deloitte, they directed significant transformations within the Department of Defense, managing a $7 billion IT portfolio and implementing cost reduction initiatives. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University and is acquisition certified in program management, financial management, and logistics. They are also a fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration and serve as a Strategic Advisor to Government Executives with the Partnership for Public Service.
