Beth McKenna

Beth McKenna is the National Manager of Campus Recruitment at Deloitte, where they oversee a team responsible for over 900 annual hires in Audit, Assurance, Tax, and Legal services. Previously, Beth held leadership roles at Avid, Unity, and Concordia University, focusing on recruitment strategy and diversity initiatives. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Education from McGill University, where they also studied Jazz Saxophone. In addition to their corporate career, Beth is a freelance jazz saxophonist and composer.
