Bethany Jayasinghe

Bethany Jayasinghe is a Senior Consultant in Sustainability and Climate Change at Deloitte. They graduated with a first-class degree in Environmental Management from the University of Manchester, where they also served as a Peer Mentor and a Student Ambassador. Currently, Bethany is pursuing an MSc in International Development with a focus on Environment, Climate Change, and Development. Their prior experiences include tutoring, serving as the Wellbeing Officer for the University of Manchester Women’s Football Club, and working as a volunteer in various educational and environmental initiatives. Bethany's passion for environmental change was ignited during their dissertation on Disaster Resilience in Sri Lanka and further enriched by over a decade of living in China, where they developed proficiency in Chinese.
