Bill Berkeley

Bill Berkeley is a retired Managing Director at Deloitte, where they served as Deputy US CISO and Global Cyber Defense Leader from 2006 until retirement. They previously held the position of Vice President at Wheat First Butcher Singer and played a key role in senior project management for branch office deployments from 1995 to 1997. Berkeley's extensive experience at Deloitte began in 1987, encompassing various leadership roles in technology support, risk management, and compliance systems. They earned a BS with a minor in Business Administration and Industrial Psychology from Penn State University and studied structured programming at the Chubb Institute of Computer Technology.
