Bill Lam is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, leading the Supply Chain Planning & Fulfillment practice with over 20 years of experience. They previously worked as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Solo Cup Company, where they reduced inventory across multiple manufacturing locations and were later promoted to Commodity Manager. Before that, they served as a Global Production Scheduler at IBM, coordinating production to align with demand. Bill earned an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management and Management Consulting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
