Björn Bringmann is the Managing Director and Lead of the AI Institute at Deloitte, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as Director and Head of Data Science at Deloitte from 2011 to 2017. Björn completed a postdoctoral fellowship at K.U. Leuven from 2009 to 2011 and worked as an Associate Partner and Senior Expert in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at McKinsey & Company from 2018 to 2021. They began their academic journey as a PhD student at the University of Freiburg from 2004 to 2006.
