Bob Mount has extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, business analysis, and project management, having worked in various roles across multiple renowned organizations, including Abbott Laboratories and Deloitte. At Abbott Laboratories, Bob served as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, where responsibilities included gathering business requirements, creating Salesforce user stories, and troubleshooting production issues.
