Borjana S.

Borjana S. is a Strategic Program Manager and Change Management Leader with PMP, Six Sigma, and Agile certifications. They held roles as a Senior Research Associate at CSR, Incorporated from 2011 to 2015, and served as a Consultant at The World Bank from 2006 to 2011. Borjana worked as an Associate and later a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2018 to 2021. They also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Marymount University from 2015 to 2020, and currently serve as a Human Capital Manager at Deloitte since 2021. Borjana obtained a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Marymount University, and completed a certificate in Organizational Design in Digital Transformation at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
