Botha Kruger is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and strategy consulting. Since December 2014, Botha serves as the Managing Director at ConsultBrain Management, focusing on strategy consulting and executive facilitation. Concurrently, Botha has held the position of Director at FutureLead since February 2007, specializing in management consulting, including strategy, facilitation, organizational design, and project management. Since April 1999, Botha has also been an Associate at Deloitte (Namibia), providing business advisory services. Additionally, Botha manages Waza Imports, which specializes in the import and retail of Japanese goods. Botha's academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) and a Master's Degree from the University of Stellenbosch, along with an MBA from the University of the Free State.
