Brad Pickett has extensive experience in claims management and team leadership within the insurance industry. Beginning as a Group Claims Analyst at Cigna from July 2012 to May 2015, Brad fostered a culture of continuous learning by mentoring new claims managers. Subsequently, Brad served as a Team Leader for Group Short Term Disability at Guardian Life from October 2017 to September 2020, where innovative strategies were implemented to enhance team performance and service delivery. Currently, since September 2020, Brad holds the position of Short Term Disability Case Manager II at Guardian Group Benefits, managing a caseload of claims and ensuring excellent customer service. Brad's career advanced further with a role as Senior Specialist in Talent Operations/Employee Lifecycle Events at Deloitte starting in August 2024. Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M University in 2012.
