Brian McCarthy is a Principal in Deloitte’s Consumer Strategy practice, where they help retailers modernize their business models and drive profitable growth. With over 15 years of experience in the retail value chain, Brian collaborates with C-suite executives to address core challenges in merchandising, supply chain, and store operations. Brian holds an MBA with distinction from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a dual-BA in Economics and Film Studies from Dartmouth College. Currently, Brian also serves as a Guest Lecturer at NYU Stern School of Business. In their personal life, Brian enjoys coaching basketball and baseball for their children.
