Brian Patterson

Brian Patterson is a seasoned Risk, Governance, and Tax Consultant with an extensive career beginning in 1977 at AA&Co's tax practice. After transitioning to C&L's Business Services Division, they returned to tax full-time, ultimately holding prominent roles in tax risk management at PwC and KPMG. Currently serving as a Principal in National Tax Quality & Risk at Deloitte Australia since 2010, Brian is utilizing their rich experience in risk management that began in the mid-1990s. Brian earned a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics, Accounting, and Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne from 1974 to 1977. Since 2017, they have been on a career break, planning to commence part-time consulting after a trip to Italy.
