Brooke Sinclair

Brooke Sinclair is a dedicated People and Culture Leader currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff to the Culture and People Officer at Deloitte. With a passion for people and transformation, Brooke has designed and scaled strategic HR initiatives that integrate business and people strategies. Previously, they held various roles within Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice, where they modernized organizational structures and processes for some of Canada’s largest companies. Brooke holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and has a background in health and social services as well as psychology research.
