Bruce McCarley is a Senior Tax Leader and International Tax partner at Deloitte, boasting 30 years of experience in delivering strategic direction for multinational corporations. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in the Masters of Tax program at the University of Waterloo, Bruce excels in navigating complex tax challenges and risk mitigation. They build and mentor high-performing teams while collaborating with corporate stakeholders across various industries, including resources, manufacturing, and technology. Bruce is dedicated to interpreting and applying tax regulations to facilitate corporate restructuring, foreign expansion, and financing strategies. Educated at The University of British Columbia, they hold a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration in Finance.
