Cain Hill

Cain Hill is a National Program Manager for Deloitte's Australian Human Capital practice, where they focus on setting up central tracking for over 50 internal projects and formalizing accelerator templates for project managers. Previously, Cain served as Chief of Staff for the Australian HR Technology Team at Deloitte, managing key initiatives and implementing a 2-year improvement program. With a foundation in HR technology, Cain has collaborated with market leaders across various platforms and has extensive experience in project management, having previously expanded a recently-acquired product in the APAC market. Cain holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Swinburne University, where they developed a passion for projects, systems analysis, and process design.
