Cara Traub

Cara Traub, MPS, is currently a Human Capital Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in human capital strategies and organizational development. An industrial organizational psychologist, they possess extensive experience in designing and facilitating training programs, developing e-learning courses, and conducting training needs assessments. Cara previously served as a Training Specialist at the Health Resources and Services Administration and was a Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Montgomery County Public Schools. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in General Business, both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
