Carl Bennett

Carl Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal human capital consulting and leadership roles. They served as an Organizational Development Consultant at Jefferson Lab from 1991 to 1997 and held various managerial positions at IBM and PwC Consulting between 1997 and 2003. As a Managing Director at BearingPoint from 2003 to 2009, Carl focused on human capital consulting for the U.S. Intelligence Community. Since 2009, they have been with Deloitte, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and leading initiatives in Federal Innovation. Carl holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Mathematics & Operations Research and an MPA in Public Administration from Old Dominion University.
