Carl Robbins

Carl Robbins is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they focus on developing new opportunities. Prior to this role, they served 31 years in the US Navy, holding positions such as Deputy Program Manager and Science & Technology Manager, with a strong background in program management, information assurance, and cybersecurity. Carl also worked as a Senior Advisor for Innovation and C4I Systems at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., and briefly as a consultant introducing new technologies to the Navy. They hold a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from San Diego State University.
