Carlijn Emons

Carlijn Emons is a Senior Consultant in Transformational Change at Deloitte, where they currently apply their expertise in workforce transformation. Previously, Carlijn worked as an Interview Leader at EF Education First and completed various roles, including Groups, Conference & Events Sales Trainee at Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Hospitality Worker at A la Carte - Uitzenden Payroll Events. They have also contributed as a Student Assistant and Mentor at Tilburg University, where they earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies. Carlijn holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hotel Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
