Carlos Sanchez

Carlos Sanchez has 18 years of relevant experience in structuring comprehensive infrastructure projects through public-private partnerships across their entire life cycle, including investment framework design and the enhancement of institutional and regulatory frameworks. They hold an MBA with a focus on Finance and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences. From 2010, Carlos worked on topics related to public-private partnerships and infrastructure financing, serving as a Legal Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic of El Salvador and as Head of the Public-Private Partnerships Legal Department at PROESA. Currently, Carlos is based in Panama as Lead Partner in Infrastructure Advisory for Central America and the Andean Region at Deloitte Spanish Latin America, also leading the Public Sector initiative for Central America.
