Carly Delman, CFE, is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice, with 16 years of experience in enhancing program integrity and combating fraud for public and private sector clients. Carly has previously held positions at AT&T, BBP Partners LLC, Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, and PwC, where they developed expertise in internal controls, forensic accounting, and risk management. Carly is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Salisbury University.
