Caroline Waldock is the Head of UK Deloitte Real Estate and a partner in Deloitte’s Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA Advisory) team, where they advise clients on complex purchase price mechanisms in private M&A deals. With a career at Deloitte starting in 2002, Caroline has held various roles, including Audit Manager and Senior Manager in forensic services, before becoming a partner in 2017. They lead Deloitte’s market-leading Real Estate SPA practice, specializing in multi-jurisdictional portfolio acquisitions and disposals, while also advocating for inclusion as the Partner sponsor for Deloitte’s Gender Balance Network. Caroline earned their degree from The University of Sheffield between 1996 and 1999.
