Carter Johan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in Cognitive Studies. They are currently a Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on supporting NGOs and large international development organizations to enhance their strategies and efficiencies. Previously, Carter gained diverse experience through internships in various fields, including advertising, marketing, and human resources. They are also pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University.
