Carter Small

Carter Small is a Manager in IT Managed Services within OperateNext at Deloitte Canada, where they lead engagements to provide continuous value to clients. They co-founded Vaxtech, a start-up focused on developing vaccine storage solutions to support education programs in developing countries. Previously, Carter served in various roles including Lifeguard at the City of Fredericton and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Canadian Safe Boating Council. They also held internships, such as with Énergie NB Power, and led initiatives as Chapter President for Engineers Without Borders Canada's UNB Chapter. Carter earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
